📅 Cancellation Policy

• All reservations are fully refundable, minus a $100 cancellation fee, if canceled 60+ days before check-in.

• No refunds or modifications will be allowed within 60 days of check-in.

• We highly recommend purchasing trip insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances within the 60-day no-refund period.

 

🛡️ Trip Insurance Options

We offer two types of trip insurance through Rental Guardian:

✅ Standard Trip Insurance – Covers unexpected cancellations. Cost: 7% of the reservation total.
✅ Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) Insurance – Offers maximum flexibility. Cost: 10.8% of the reservation total.

📌 Important Notes:

• Insurance must be purchased within 10 days of booking.

• Policies are issued by a third-party provider. All claims must be submitted directly to Rental Guardian and are subject to their terms.

 

🏡 Reservation Information

✔️ Check-In Time: 4:00 PM

• If you plan to arrive early, please let us know as soon as possible.

• The door code will not be activated before 4 PM unless early check-in is arranged in advance.

✔️ Check-Out Time: 10:00 AM

• If you’d like to book a late check-out or an additional half-day stay, please request it at least 48 hours in advance.

• Last-minute late check-out requests cannot always be accommodated.

 

🤿 Snorkel Gear

We no longer provide snorkel gear at any of our units. However, rentals are available at multiple locations along the beach.
